What is darts or training without statistics? Only half the fun. You can play a game without any statistics but it is interesting how high the average was or what your highest finish was. All this is answered in these statistics.
Statistics for games and training are different but both are available. For x01 games and for trainings.
The charts on the statistics pages are interactive so you deselect any of the data by clicking or tapping on the respective legend item. And you can zoom with your mouse wheel or on touch enabled screens with the well know zoom gesture.
Game Statistics
For games there is data about the sets, legs and averages available in the list of games. And for every game you can get charts about every dart and the averages in every leg for every Player in the game.
Analyzing every dart allows you to see whether you have a large variation and you need to put more focus on one of the three darts. Maybe you often score 60 with the first but never with the third you should concentrate a little bit on the last dart.
But there is also a Players view available which shows the data for the with this player. This makes it easy to see whether you improve your finishes or your averages.
Training Statistics
There are a lot of different depending on the type of training. The statistic for finishing traing is different from a Scoring training or from a hit that number training.
You can find the datat for all the trainings in list and most important ones also in charts that show the data over time.
The statistics is for training is different from game ststistics because it is only for you, only for one person. You can find detailed data about every training and charts that show data on a timeline to easily see improvements.
For training plans a performance index is calculated which is derived from the hit rates of all training in this plan. The performance index of 1 is perfect and 0, well, not so perfect.
Calculating the hit rate
The Hit rate is calculated from the hits or misses on a certain target. This is different whether you aim on a number or whether you train scoring. But for all training a hit rate is defined.
For example, for the any number targeting it is calculated like this. In atraining with 3 darts on the double 19 (D19) and you hit only one your hit rate is 33% percent. If you hit 3 your hit rate is 100%.
The Scoring hit rate is different. It is assumed that the target field is triple 20 (T20) and therfore scoring more than 120 (which is probably two in T20 and one other, you have a hit rate of 66%. If you have 180 the hit rate is 100%. If you have more than 60, meaning at least one in T20 your hit rate is 33%.
If you are training Finishes it is calculated as soon as you can finish. As soon as a finish with one dart is possible, a hit is counted as a hit. If not, it is counted as a missed. The hit rate is then calculated from these hits and misses. Which means that a hit rate of 100% is achieved when the first dart hits the finishing field. If it is the second dart hit rate is 50% and with the third 33% and so on.
